Our dock neighbors Mike and Sheila offered us 2 nice Albacore Tuna loins to BBQ Thursday night. We steaked them up, marinated in olive oil, lemon and garlic and cooked 3 minutes per side, delicious. The weather was much better, even enjoyed some beautiful sun. Thanks to the Schudels for making the trip from Corvallis to come see us. We had a great visit and look forward to seeing you all in the desert in October. We shared another great dinner last night with Mike and Sheila, they generously offered more Albacore and fresh Halibut for us to BBQ.
